Abstract Submission Guidelines for Poster and oral Presentation

Last date for Abstract Submission - 30th October,2023

Notification of acceptance of Abstract - By second week of November

• All presenters should be registered at the time of submission of presentation. Submitting an abstract DOES NOT register you for ACSN 2023.
• The Abstract must be submitted and presented in English only.
• The Abstract must not be more than 250 words and needs to be submitted in Arial font size 12. Abstracts can be submitted as a MS word Document (doc) or in PDF format.
• Once submitted, NO REVISIONS to abstract will be allowed.
• An abstract cannot contain data already published as an original manuscript at the time of abstract submission or previously presented at a National or International meeting.
• Acceptance of submission is subject to decision of the scientific committee which shall be final and binding.
• Notification regarding acceptance of the submission along with the guidelines for presentation will be sent by second week of November.
• Submission of the abstract carries with it an obligation to present the accepted paper/ poster in person without any change in scientific content during the allotted time in ACSN 2023.
• Notification of papers and posters shortlisted for an award will be notified separately.
